Wednesday- Nut chicken stir fry served with button mushrooms
Thursday- Grilled calamari strips served with garlic cauliflower mash
Friday- Rump strips with garlic salted broccoli and avocado

VEGETARIAN:
Monday: Hearty Beefless stew served with brown rice and broccoli
Tuesday: Stuffed butternut filled with feta served with mashed potatoes and spinach
Wednesday: Cheese and Potatoes Pie served with pumpkin chunks and an avocado and feta side salad
Thursday: Sweet corn bake served with brown rice and creamy spinach
Friday: Cauliflower steaks served with baby potatoes and an avocado and feta side salad

SPORT: (Similar to Health Option with bigger portion sizes)
