Tuesday: Red lentil curry served with brown rice and cauliflower

Wednesday: Portobello mushrooms with served with mashed butternut and roast vegetables

Thursday: Vegetarian Burger served with sweet potato fries 

Friday: Sweet & sour tofu served with brown rice and green peas
