Monday: Whole-wheat pasta with broccoli and almonds served steamed cauliflower
Tuesday: Vegetarian Cottage Pie served with honey glazed baby carrots and an avocado and feta side salad
Wednesday: Broccoli bake served with brown rice and sweet potato chunks
Thursday: Loaded Vegetarian quiche served with pumpkin tart topped with feta
Friday: Vegetable stir-fry with Chinese noodles and an avocado and feta salad
